SCHOOL BASED FACILITY ASSESSMENT PRESURVEY EVALUATION

Pre-Election Information

School-based administrators rated their facilities assessing how the physical environment on each campus was supporting mission critical learning and teaching. Building and site components were rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with a ranking of Condition Code 1 being most critical (component in poor condition and very unsatisfied) and a ranking of Condition Code 5 being highly adequate and extremely satisfied. In addition to the rankings, open ended questions were put to the assessor regarding needs and desired changes on campus.
